1. ABOUT THESE TERMS AND THE PILOT

GoGettie is a private, invitation-only pilot service operated by ReVenture Studio Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 8 The Green STE A, Dover, DE 19901 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

GoGettie is a voice-based presence and communication app designed to help adults stay connected with trusted contacts within a private circle. The pilot version is provided to a small number of invited adults for testing, feedback, and product development purposes.

By accepting an invitation, creating an account, or using GoGettie, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Pilot disclosures. GoGettie is a pre-release pilot. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time. Messages may fail to deliver. Sessions may end unexpectedly. Data may be lost. The service may be discontinued without notice. You are participating in development, not using a finished product.

2. WHO CAN USE GOGETTIE

Participation in the GoGettie pilot is by invitation only. You may only use GoGettie if:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have received a direct invitation from us;
• You agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy;
• Every person you add to your circle is also at least 18 years old; and
• You are using GoGettie for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not invite, share access with, or use GoGettie to communicate with any person under the age of 18 during the pilot. If you knowingly do so, we will terminate your account.

We may revoke your invitation, suspend your account, or terminate your participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

3. WHAT GOGETTIE DOES — AND DOES NOT — DO

GoGettie is a presence-aware communication app for adults in trusted circles. Its features are designed for accompaniment, ambient connection, and consent-governed reach between people who already know and trust each other.

3.1 Features included in the pilot

The pilot includes, among other things:

• Voice messages — short audio recordings sent to a person in your circle.
• Stay With Me — a presence session you can open with a chosen contact. If they're present, your voice plays for them live. If they're not, the session is captured as audio that both of you can play back later.
• Walk With Me — an extended-duration version of Stay With Me, intended for accompaniment use cases such as a walk or commute. Audio may be captured during the session in segments that both you and your chosen contact can play back.
• Urgent Reach — a consent-gated way to break through Do Not Disturb on the device of a recipient who has, in advance, opted in to receiving urgent reaches from you. Rate-limited (no more than three per recipient per hour).
• Symmetric session history — both you and the other person in any session can see, replay, and delete the session. The system architecturally does not produce hidden or one-sided recordings.

3.2 What GoGettie is not

These are firm limits. Read them. GoGettie is not designed, tested, certified, or intended for any of the following, and you agree not to rely on it for them:

• Not an emergency service. GoGettie does not contact 911, fire, police, ambulance, or any first responder. If you are in an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
• Not a medical alert or monitoring system. GoGettie does not detect falls, medical events, heart problems, seizures, overdoses, or any health condition.
• Not a personal safety device. Walk With Me is an accompaniment feature. It does not track your location, alert anyone if you fail to arrive somewhere, or notify authorities if you go silent. "Urgent Reach" lets you bypass a recipient's Do Not Disturb when that recipient has opted in — it does not summon help, dispatch anyone, or guarantee that the recipient will be awake, available, or able to respond.
• Not a caregiving substitute for vulnerable persons. Do not use GoGettie as the only or primary means of checking on an elderly, ill, disabled, or otherwise vulnerable person whose wellbeing depends on regular contact. The pilot is for adults who can use the app themselves and can also reach help through other means.
• Not a crisis or mental-health service. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please use a crisis service.

3.3 Reliability — be honest with yourself about what you depend on

Service interruptions are expected. GoGettie is a pilot. Messages may not deliver. Sessions may not start. Urgent Reach may fail to wake a recipient even when that recipient has opted in (their phone may be off, out of coverage, low battery, OS may have killed the app in the background, the recipient may have changed their settings, our infrastructure may be down). Walk With Me audio may fail to upload or fail to save. We do not guarantee any of these features will work at any given moment.

Your responsibility. If you, a family member, or anyone you communicate with through GoGettie has safety, medical, or caregiving needs that depend on reliable communication, you must maintain a separate, appropriate means of contact and emergency response. Do not substitute GoGettie for a phone, a medical alert system, a safety check-in service, a location-sharing service, or any other system someone is relying on.

We disclaim all liability for any harm, injury, loss, damage, delay, or failure to summon help arising from your use of, or inability to use, GoGettie in any safety-adjacent context. See Section 13 (Disclaimer) and Section 14 (Limitation of Liability).

4. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Information you give us must be accurate, current, and complete. Update it if it changes.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Your use of GoGettie is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. Among other things, you agree not to use GoGettie to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse any person — including using Urgent Reach to break through someone's Do Not Disturb in a way they would not consent to;
• Use Walk With Me, Stay With Me, or any presence feature to monitor or surveil anyone, including someone in your own household, without their knowledge and ongoing consent;
• Communicate with, share access with, or include any person under 18;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• Record, transmit, or share another person's voice without consent where required by law (many U.S. states require all-party consent);
• Send unlawful, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit content;
• Attempt to recover, extract, or preserve a session artifact that the other party has deleted, or to otherwise circumvent the symmetric-deletion architecture;
• Use the service for commercial purposes, spam, or fraud;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service;
• Use GoGettie for any illegal purpose.

6. CIRCLES, CONSENT, AND CONTROL

GoGettie operates within private "circles" — small groups of people who have agreed to be in communication contact with each other. Permissions within a circle (including who can use Urgent Reach toward you, who can start Walk With Me with you, and so on) are configurable and asymmetric.

• You can disable any feature at any time. You can turn off inbound Urgent Reach, Walk With Me, or any other feature toward yourself at any time. We will not tell the other person whether you disabled it or whether they were never granted the permission to begin with.
• You can leave any circle at any time. Doing so removes you from the circle's communication graph. Past session artifacts remain subject to the retention rules described in Section 7 and the Privacy Policy.
• Panic exit. You can remove yourself from all circles and clear your locally stored session artifacts in a single action through the app.

7. SESSIONS, RECORDINGS, AND RETENTION

7.1 Symmetric session artifacts

Every voice message, Stay With Me session, Walk With Me session, and Urgent Reach in GoGettie produces a session artifact that is visible to both you and the other person in the session. We do not produce hidden recordings, one-sided archives, or audio that only one party can access. If either party deletes a session, the deletion propagates to the other party's view and to our storage.

7.2 Default retention

By default, session artifacts (including Walk With Me audio) are automatically deleted from our servers 72 hours after the session ends, unless you or the other person in the session explicitly chooses to preserve the artifact. You may shorten this in your settings. We may temporarily retain logs of session metadata (start time, end time, participants) for diagnostic and abuse-investigation purposes for a longer period, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7.3 Recording consent

You are responsible for obtaining the consent of any other person whose voice is captured in any session you initiate, where such consent is required by law. Many U.S. states (and many countries) require the consent of all parties to an audio recording. GoGettie's architecture provides visibility to both parties — but visibility is not consent, and not every jurisdiction treats visibility as equivalent to consent. Use Walk With Me and Stay With Me only with people who have agreed in advance to be on the line with you.

8. VOICE AND AUDIO DATA

GoGettie's core function involves capturing, transmitting, and storing voice audio. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Your microphone will be accessed when you record a voice message, start a Stay With Me or Walk With Me session, or use Urgent Reach;
• Voice audio is transmitted from your device to our cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase) over an encrypted connection;
• Voice audio is stored as described in Section 7 and the Privacy Policy;
• Walk With Me sessions can record extended-duration audio (up to whatever maximum is configured for the pilot). Be aware that you may capture ambient audio, third parties' voices, or sensitive content during the session;
• You should not transmit through GoGettie any voice content that includes sensitive personal information (SSN, financial details, passwords, detailed health information) that you would not want stored on a cloud service.

No voice biometrics, no AI training, no third-party AI processing during the pilot. We do not create voiceprints, run speaker identification, or use voice content to train machine learning models. We do not send the contents of your voice audio to third-party AI services for transcription, analysis, or any other processing. If any of this changes, we will notify pilot participants in advance.

9. PILOT NATURE AND CHANGES

GoGettie is a pilot. We may, at any time and without notice:

• Add, change, or remove features (including Walk With Me, Urgent Reach, presence indicators, and circles);
• Suspend or discontinue the Services in whole or in part;
• Modify these Terms or our other policies;
• Delete accounts, content, or data;
• End the pilot entirely.

Your continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, designs, branding (including the "GoGettie" name and the "GoYeti" character), content, and other materials that make up the Services are owned by ReVenture Studio Inc. or its licensors. The unified presence-resolved communication system, including its symmetric session-artifact architecture, consent-gated escalation, accompaniment mode, and related safeguards, is the subject of pending and intended patent applications. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial use during the pilot.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to GoGettie at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Reasons may include violation of these Terms, abuse, suspected illegal activity, technical issues, or ending the pilot. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute resolution) will survive termination.

You may stop using GoGettie at any time. To delete your account, contact us at the email below.

12. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using GoGettie, you agree to those practices.

13. DISCLAIMER

GOGETTIE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR A PILOT TEST. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, AND THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT VOICE MESSAGES, STAY WITH ME SESSIONS, WALK WITH ME SESSIONS, OR URGENT REACHES WILL BE DELIVERED, THAT ANY RECIPIENT WILL HEAR OR RESPOND TO THEM, THAT DATA WILL BE PRESERVED, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU USE GOGETTIE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL REVENTURE STUDIO INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR FAILURE TO SUMMON OR RECEIVE HELP, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE GOGETTIE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO GOGETTIE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReVenture Studio Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms or any policy incorporated by reference, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, (d) any content you transmit through the Services, or (e) any harm to another person caused by your use of Walk With Me, Stay With Me, Urgent Reach, or any other feature.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us and allow thirty (30) days to resolve the dispute informally.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify pilot participants (by email or in-app notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
